CWP Pull-Through Straighteners are furnished in 5 and 7 roll versions with capacities from .010-.375.  The Pull-thru straighteners are designed for easy mounting with servo feeders, and constructed for durable and dependable performance within their capacity range. When furnished with a new Servo Feed, they are meticulously factory mounted to ensure proper alignment in all planes. Straightener rolls are hardened and ground and mounted in anti-friction bearings. Upper straightener rolls in the pull-thru straightener are adjusted for straightening from the operator side of the machine by chain and sprocket or worm gear assemblies, dependant on model.  These Pull-Thru straighteners are used for removing coil set from the material, to enable smooth and accurate positioning in the die.

ServoMatic Servo Feed with SL5 series Straightener, the SL series pull-thru straighteners are designed to mount to the ServoMatic Servo Feed.
