It all started here in 1946, with a simple garment clip and the need to produce it efficently and in large quantities. The Cooper-Weymouth hitch feed was born.
Milestones:
1946 - Cooper-Weymouth founded in CT.
1967 - Broke ground on current facility
1968 - Moved to Maine from CT.
1971 - 1st building expansion
1974 - Cooper-Weymouth Purchased by Sterling Radiator (Mestek)
1974 - Peterson Roll Forming merged with Cooper-Weymouth to form CWP
1995 - Purchased Rowe Machinery and Manufacturing
1996 - 2nd building expansion
1996 - Rowe Machinery and Manufacturing moves to Maine facility
1997 - Purchased Coilmate-Dickerman
1998 - Coilmate moved to Maine
2010 - Iowa Precision Coil Metal Processing division moved to Maine
