Narrow Width and Light Gauge Cut-to-Length solutions.

Cut-to-length and blanking Lines by CWP^© incorporate a variety of coil loading options, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic shears and high performance direct drop stackers. The cut to length lines shown are representative of our light gage narrow width capabilities designed to provide C-T-L system solutions that offer greater productivity easier set-up, faster changeovers and accurate part quality.

8,000 Lb. Coils up to .093" thickness can be processed on this 24" wide Cut to Length and Punching Line. A precision coil straightener is incorporated to allow production of panel flat blanks. Radius corners and holes are added to the blank by the punch and notch dies. An inspection conveyor and direct drop stacker insure high quality stacks of blanks.

This Cut to Length Line can process 8000 Lb. 30" wide coils into precision blanks. A double uncoiler is utilized to lower coil changeover and increase production output. A pneumatic shear and Servomax IV^© Servofeeder with bar code reader make setup of this line extremely fast.

The Tandem Cut to Length Lines above provides precision blanks to a transfer station. The Blanks are then transferred into the punch press as required to create the finished part.
