CWP© offers a complete line of servo feeds, including our ServoMatic and ServoMax brands that can handle stock of varying thicknesses and widths for virtually any press feeding or progressive die operation.
All CWP© Precision Coil Straighteners are designed to remove coil set and provide smooth payout of material that translates into improved feeding efficiency and accuracy.
Plain and motorized models are offered in either a single or double end spindle design and are available with capacities ranging from 4,000 lbs. to 66,000 lbs. and widths from 18" to 84".
We have designed and built coil processing systems to accommodate stock 84" wide x .187" thick and coils weighing up to 50,000 lb. Systems have been produced with capacities up to 84" wide, thicknesses from 0.078" to 0.500", and coils weighing from 1,600 to 50,000 lb.
Compact Coil Lines by CWP© are designed specifically to handle coil stock in a space-saving footprint, incorporating combination units such as straightener/feeders, feeds with non-powered pull-through straighteners, combination cradle/straighteners, or even cradle/straightener/feeder units.
CoilMate/Dickerman©, the pioneer in pallet decoiling technology, has a variety of models for uncoiling and recoiling strip and wire. These models offer dramatic productivity and safety improvements over reels.
B&K© backed-up roller levelers are designed for precision coil strip flatness and shape correction such as coil set, cross bow, wavy edge and center buckled material. B&K© Precision Levelers come standard in a 4-high configuration with options for 5- or 6-high roll arrangements.
We are proud of our ability to produce Cut to Length lines and Multi Blanking Lines that provide greater productivity, easier setup, automated stacking and material handling, faster change-overs and tighter tolerances for better quality parts. Our Cut to Length and Multi Blanking Systems can produce blanks with length and width tolerances of ± 0.005!
Coil storage can be increased utilizing our (3) or (4) arm Coil Turnstiles, Coil Select Stations, Coil Storage Racks, Coil Loading Cars or Upender/Coil Buggies. From our revolutionary, heavy-duty debender that dramatically reduces thread-up time, to specialized rewind equipment, to touch screen controls, CWP© technology gives you a competitive edge.
