The TSC graphic interface enables operators to automatically set the straightener or leveler rolls, feed passline height and uncoiler brake by preprogrammed job number stored at the touch screen interface of the servo feed control or select a job using the optional Bar code reader. Other features include 999-job memory; built-in Ethernet for real-time production monitoring, pictorial maintenance and thread-up screens. Coil Handling System (CHS) Automation package utilizing the CWP total system control

With The CWP Total System Control, an optional Bar Code reader can be used to scan the job paperwork or coil barcode and with this data automatically select the Coil Handling System job parameters in the control. Set-up of Press Feed Lines and Cut to length lines has never been easier.
