KB57: Spring-loaded dampeners

Resolution

Spring-loaded dampeners applied either to loop control arms or direct to slack material have effectively reduced bouncing in other cases. Most any of these devices have to be field applied to cover the very specific set of circumstances which produces a very unique set of conditions.
